Born September 24, 1946, in the province of Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic.
Freddy Javier studied at the National School of Fine Arts (Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes), graduating as a Fine Arts professor in 1970.
The Museum of Graphic Arts of Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela has acquired one of his paintings, alongside several renowned private collections throughout the Dominican Republic.
He has also developed as a muralist, creating works including the rooftop workshop-museum of the Palace of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo, as well as murals at Cuba Ocho Art Center in Miami and the Andresearch Center.
